1 cup coconut cream

1 cup sugar

2 tblspns honey

time: 30 minutes

you will need:

  • an ice cream maker 
  • a blender or food processor

easy mango ice cream 

blend: the flesh and juice of one large, ripe mango (about 1 1/2 cups) with 1 cup coconut cream, 1 cup sugar, 2 tablespoons honey in a blender or food processor.

chill: the mix in an ice cream maker according to manufacturer's instructions.

serve: in banana flower petals.
