Tina Louise; tall, fizzy and exquisitely ginger This cocktail is a knockout. I served it recently on a sunny afternoon and everyone, upon first sip, wore a smirk like they'd just had a naughty little thought. They all came back for more. It's just a simple twist on the classic champagne cocktail. douse a sugar cube in a few drops of bitters and toss it into the bottom of a champagne flute. splash about a capful of ginger liqueur into the glass top it all off with a slow pour of chilled champagne or prosecco.
Unfortunately, there are no substitutes, so the hardest
part will be tracking down the ginger liqueur and the
bitters.
