lobster salad with Bea's wasabi and dill dressing my friend, Bea, made this dressing for me the other night and I fell in love. the dill / wasabi union is truly one made in heaven. she explained that the lemon is what brought both flavours together so seamlessly. I just reached for the jug and poured more dressing...an excuse to mop it all up with more fresh bread...see what you think for those of us lucky enough to live near Trader Joe's, you can buy the wasabi oil already bottled...everyone else can mix their own I recommend making the salad with shelled lobster, but you could throw in some extra claws just to give everyone an excuse to get their fingers covered in more dressing, then watch them all have a little finger-lickin' ecstasy! it's easy: mix all of the salad dressing ingredients and pour into an old jar, screw the lid on tight and shake it all about lay all of the salad ingredients in a bowl, lobster chunks artfully arranged on top and pour the salad dressing over the lot serve with plenty of bread enjoy!!
