bloody mary prawns As easy as mixing a cocktail, only you have a delicious meal at the end! (and maybe a cocktail as well...) Combine: Leggo's Tomato Paste, Vodka, Worcestershire Sauce, sliced chili, lemon or lime juice and freshly cracked black pepper. Push: a bamboo skewer through each prawn. Grill: or barbecue the prawns for 2-3 minutes on each side. Serves 2 with a green salad or on top of some steaming hot pasta. Tip: soak the bamboo skewers in warm water for 10 minutes to prevent them burning during the cooking.
