choose one, choose the lot...just get cracking! the hot dogs use both tail and claw flesh, so you should use whole lobsters for them the potstickers use just tail flesh, but I steam up the claws and serve them alongside as the dipping sauce is excellent with the tender flesh...however you could just buy tails and serve the potstickers by themselves the lobster salad uses both tail and claw meat, but you could substitute two tails the corn dogs use just tail flesh, so you can just buy tails, or use the claws to make the hot dogs, and have a real trailer park night of it
