thai them up with kaffir lime potstickers and fragrant chicken salad I'm not going to kid you, there is some work involved in pulling this one off but with the right amount of prep time, it will look as though you pulled it together in about 10 minutes (and let's face it, perception is reality) the hardest part is hunting down a few of the ingredients. the good news is that for those of you who do not want to traipse around asian grocers looking for kaffir lime leaves and such, there are websites that deliver them straight to your door this is a perfect first meal to cook for a (potential) lover because the meal is light, tasty and makes you look worldly, healthy and confident in the kitchen (which is always a sexy attribute) get them into the kitchen to make the potstickers with you...it puts you both at close quarters...you'll be bumping and brushing; it's a great trick to getting into someone's personal space without confronting them the trick is having everything prepared and ready to assemble; have the potsticker filling made the day before, have the dipping sauce made, the salad all chopped, the chicken poached and sliced, the dressing made...your date won't see this, they'll just see the ten minutes that it takes you to assemble everything and credit you with pulling off a sexy, delicious meal in no time
